1. Birth Documentation
- Adult (18+): Birth Attestation
- Child born in Nigeria: Birth Registration
- Child born abroad: Foreign Birth Notification

2. Valid Passport
- Adults: Valid/Expired Nigerian Passport
- Children must come with:
- NIN of one parent
- Birth Certificate
- Parent’s Nigerian Passport
3. NIMC Pre-Enrolment Reference
Mandatory for all NIN applications.
4. BVN
Bring your BVN if you have one. If not, you can still proceed.
